Team and settings
Your organisation is your firm or team on Watchalong. Its walkthroughs and sessions belong to the organisation, not to the person who made them. Anyone in it can pick up a client's questions, even if a teammate sent the invite.
A solo consultant is an organisation of one.
Roles
There are two roles.
| Owner | Member | |

| Import, preview and publish walkthroughs | Yes | Yes |
| Invite clients | Yes | Yes |

| Rename, archive and discard walkthroughs | Yes | Yes |

An organisation can have more than one owner.
Invite a member
Owners invite members from Settings.
- Under Invite a member, enter their email.
- Pick a role, Member or Owner. Member is the default.
- Press Send invite.
They get an email with a link that works for 7 days. Until they accept, they show in the members table as Invited. To send a fresh link, invite the same address again. That cancels the earlier link. Getting started covers what they see when they accept.
Someone who already belongs to your organisation can't be invited again.
Settings
Open Settings from the header. The page has three sections.
- Organisation shows its name. Owners can press Rename to change it.
- Members lists everyone in the organisation with their email, role and the date they joined, plus anyone invited who hasn't accepted yet.
- Your account shows your name and email, and has a Sign out button.
To change your password, sign out and use Forgot password on the sign-in page.
